Questions you ask Ozi
Ozi, the assistant on this website, uses AI to answer from the content of this website. The questions you type are sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini), to produce an answer. We use Google's free service, so Google may also use these questions to improve its products, and they may be read by Google's reviewers. We keep a copy of the questions, with phone numbers and email addresses removed, for about three months so we can see what visitors ask and improve the website. Please don't type personal details into the chat.
Details you give us to be contacted
If you use the contact form in the chat, we collect your name, phone number, and, if you choose, your email address and a short message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry. They are sent to our team's email and our customer records, and they never go to the AI. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else, apart from the service providers that run our email and systems for us.

That form opens your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
Settings saved in your browser
The website remembers your light or dark mode choice and whether you hid the assistant, in your own browser. These settings are not sent to us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Write to office@zenoziva.com, which is also our contact for any privacy complaint. We will reply within 30 days.
